I am going to discuss something very different here i.e. ”good luck”. For me Good Luck means when preparation meets opportunity.

As entrepreneur we need a right team & then a place where team will learn & grow with business. At that time there was not much options available like Co-Working or shared office space in Chandigarh. Although Co-Working culture was already started in places like Bangalore & Delhi. Office Space which was available in cabins on showroom floors in Chandigarh were not only expansive but were congested & very dull.

When I started hiring sales team I got space in first Co-Working of Chandigarh INNOV8. In the beginning it was nice place to have shared office space but soon they started neglecting start-up’s needs as they were not very upbeat about Chandigarh. Although INNOV8 is doing well in other parts of country.

Finally, I moved in to a new Co-Working space SpaceJam in 34 & what happened next is very exciting to share. Although in first instance, I thought I just got lucky with few ideas may be as my Homestay venture SpareRooms started doing well & I started another new venture OfficePostbox here in association with SpaceJam. And, then I met other Co-workers here in SpaceJam, they shared how their business started doing well after join in for office space here. Some coworkers got much needed investment for their startup & some got right place to step up the business. I will share all those success stories here one by one soon.
